Do I need to sign a waiver if I’m just watching?

Yes! All guests of Ninja Citi are required to sign a waiver, whether they are participating or spectating.

Question 2

Do I have to sign a waiver each time I come to Ninja Citi?

Accepted Answer

Our waivers stay on file for one year before they expire. If you have been to Ninja Citi at some point within the last year you should be all set to go. If you're not sure you should go ahead and fill out a new one! We recommend hanging on to your confirmation email from your waiver in case we ever have trouble finding you in the system.

I’m not sure my waiver went through, how can I check?

Accepted Answer

If you got a confirmation email with a copy of your waiver, that means we have it in our system! If you are filling it out on your phone, make sure you hit submit after you reach the “Acceptance Page.” This step is frequently skipped.

Question 4

Can I bring my own socks?

Accepted Answer

Socks from Ninja Citi are required to use any of the trampoline attractions at Ninja Citi. If you have your socks from Ninja Citi, you can bring those each time you visit!

Question 5

Do I need to purchase a pass if I’m just watching?

Accepted Answer

You do not! Spectators are free, although they are required to fill out a waiver.

Question 6

Do you serve food?

Accepted Answer

We do not serve any food. We do have beverage vending machines, and you may bring in your own snacks, but all food and drinks must be kept in designated areas. We do not allow outside hot food (ex: pizza, burgers, etc.) or desserts (ex: cake) without renting a private room or booking a party.

Are you available for open gym time?

Open Gym All the Time! Unless we are hosting a special event, we are open to all ages all the time! If we are doing a special event, it will be on the homepage of our website.

Question 8

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

We recommend comfy, athletic clothing that you can move in, and clean gym shoes. Ninja Citi grip socks are required for all trampoline attractions, but your own shoes can be worn on the ninja obstacles, parkour, and rock wall! If you do not want to wear your shoes on the obstacles, you will be required to wear Ninja Citi grip socks. No bare feet allowed!

What are your age and height requirements?

We do not have any age or height restrictions! Jumpers on the trampoline attractions will be separated by height, but anyone can try out any of our attractions! We have plenty to do for all ages. Keep in mind, many of our obstacles were designed for those 46" and taller, but we have plenty for our smaller guests to try!
